GAZA, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), The Israeli occupation forces continue to violate the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip for the 83rd consecutive day through ongoing shelling, gunfire, and the demolition of civilian homes.
Local sources confirmed that Israeli tanks opened fire heavily east of Khan Yunis in the southern part of the Strip. Additionally, Israeli artillery has been bombing the eastern areas of Khan Yunis since the early morning hours.
Israel continues to breach the ceasefire agreement it signed with the Palestinian resistance, killing 422 Palestinians and injuring 1,153 others.
The ceasefire agreement had brought an end to the Israeli genocidal war, which lasted two years, during which more than 71,000 Palestinians were killed, and over 171,000 were injured. The United Nations has estimated the cost of Gaza reconstruction at around $70 billion.
