RAMALLAH(Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) launched a new raid and arrest campaign throughout the West Bank late yesterday and at dawn Friday.
In Jenin, armed clashes broke out late yesterday at Al-Jalameh checkpoint
The Israeli forces, meanwhile, stormed the towns of Silat Al-Harithiya, Araba, Ramana, Zabuba, Ta’nak, Taybeh, Taybeh and Anin in Jenin Governorate.
A large-scale search and combing campaign was carried out during the raids.
In Tulkarem, the IOF stormed Faroun town to the south at dawn today, and arrested two citizens.
IOF soldiers also surrounded the family house of the wanted Mazen Rashid Awad before detaining his father and brother in order to pressure him to surrender himself.
The IOF also raided the Al-Fateh building in the Ezbet Al-Jarad suburb east of Tulkarem and conducted a search operation in one of the apartments, without reporting any arrests.
Meanwhile, the IOF arrested a young man after raiding his family home in Faroun town.
