Gaza: 1,300 Ceasefire Breaches by Israel Recorded, GMO Confirms

GAZA, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), The Government Media Office (GMO) has reported that the Israeli occupation army has committed serious and systematic violations of the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip since it came into effect on October 10, 2025, amounting to 1,300 breaches to date.

In a report released on Tuesday, GMO explained that over the first 100 days of the truce, the Israeli army had carried out 430 shooting incidents, 66 incursions into neighborhoods and residential areas, 604 shelling and targeting attacks, and 200 demolitions of homes and other buildings.

According to the report, these Israeli violations claimed the lives of 483 Palestinians, including 252 children, women, and elderly people (52 percent), and 444 civilians (92 percent). Of these, 465 were killed within residential neighborhoods, away from the “yellow line,” accounting for 96 percent of the total.

The number of the wounded reached 1,287, including 752 children, women, and elderly people, making up 58 percent, and 1,277 civilians, accounting for 99.2 percent. All of them were injured in Israeli shooting attacks that occurred away from the “yellow line” and inside residential neighborhoods.

The report noted that Israeli forces kidnaped 50 people from areas inside residential neighborhoods and away from the “yellow line.”

Regarding the humanitarian situation, GMO reported that the Israeli army permitted the entry of 25,816 trucks carrying humanitarian supplies, commercial goods, and fuel out of the 60,000 promised, reflecting a compliance rate of 43 percent. Of these, 15,163 were aid trucks, making up 59 percent.

10,004 of those trucks were commercial, making up 39 percent, along with 649 fuel trucks, which accounted for only 2.5 percent of the 5,000 that were supposed to enter, with a daily average of 259 trucks instead of the agreed 600.

GMO accused the Israeli occupation regime of committing further ceasefire violations by refusing to allow in materials needed for infrastructure maintenance, heavy machinery essential for civil defense teams to clear debris and recover bodies, and vital medical and health supplies.
