GAZA (Palestine Foundation Information Center) A Palestinian citizen was martyred and another one was injured on Wednesday in an Israeli drone attack on Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip.
A medical source said that the body of 44-year-old Tareq Halawa and another citizen suffering from serious injuries arrived at the Gaza European Hospital in Khan Yunis.
The source added that the victims were evacuated from Abu Halawa area in eastern Rafah following a drone attack.
Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation forces detonated residential buildings in as-Saqqa street in Rafah.
Since the ceasefire agreement took effect on January 19, 2025, the Israeli army has killed 92 Gazans and injured 822 others.
