GAZA, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), Three Palestinian civilians, including a woman and a child, were injured by Israeli gunfire in the Gaza Strip on Saturday, amid other ceasefire violations persisting for the 126th consecutive day in different areas of the coastal enclave.
A medical source reported that a girl child was wounded in the head after Israeli forces opened fire indiscriminately towards tents sheltering displaced families near the so‑called Netzarim corridor in central Gaza.
A 60‑year‑old man was also shot in the foot when Israeli forces fired randomly at tents in the al‑Mughraqa area south of Gaza City.
Earlier, a local source said that a woman was injured by Israeli gunfire near the Austrian neighborhood in Khan Yunis, south of Gaza.
Meanwhile, Israeli warplanes launched airstrikes this morning on Gaza City, Khan Yunis, and Rafah.
Israeli forces also demolished residential buildings east of Khan Yunis, accompanied by heavy gunfire from military vehicles in the same area.
In Gaza City, Israeli aircraft carried out a raid east of the city, while tanks opened intense machinegun fire in the east of al-Zeitoun neighborhood.
Israeli tanks also opened heavy fire east of al-Bureij refugee camp in central Gaza.
In Rafah, the Israeli army carried out airstrikes and shooting attacks in different areas.
