GAZA, (The Palestine Foundation Pakistan)
Gaza’s Government Media Office (GMO) has said that Israeli occupation forces (IOF) have committed 393 violations since the ceasefire agreement came into effect in the Gaza Strip.
In a statement on Wednesday, GMO condemned the IOF for persisting in committing serious and systematic ceasefire violations, pointing out that by Tuesday evening, a total of 393 documented breaches had been recorded since the agreement came into force.
GMO added that these violations included attacks that killed 279 civilians, including children, women and elderlies, and injured 652 others, as well as 35 arbitrary arrest incidents during incursions and raids.
“These violations highlight the occupation’s intent to undermine the agreement and impose a new fait accompli on the ground through bloodshed in order to create a situation threatening the Gaza Strip’s security and stability,” GMO said.
