NABLUS (Palestine Foundation Information Center) A group of Jewsih settlers attacked Palestinian citizens in Khirbet al-Marajem in Duma town, south of Nablus, in the northern West Bank on Sunday evening.
The head of the village council, Suleiman Dawabsheh, affirmed that about 15 settlers broke into Khirbet al-Marajem, attacked local citiens, and destroyed their sheep pens.
The settlers also cut down and destroyed dozens of olive trees in the area, he added.
The Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission documented 2,161 Israeli attacks last January, 375 of which were carried out by the settlers.
