DOHA (Palestine Foundation Information Center) Hamas West Bank chief Zaher Jabarin said that Netanyahu wants to keep fighting to stay in power, pointing out that Netanyahu’s only goal is to kill and sabotage to continue his rule.
In an interview with Al Jazeera, Jabarin said that the Palestinian people are united in Gaza and were able to break the will of Israel.
The Palestinian people have a steely will to resist and sacrifice, and they have no choice but to resist, he added.
“Palestinians will resist the occupation even if all we have left is stones.”
He further stressed that his Movement will “defeat Netanyahu in the West Bank as we defeated him in Gaza”.
The Israeli occupation forces backed by military aircraft carried out a large-scale operation in the West Bank City of Jenin on Tuesday, killing at least eight Palestinians and injuring 35 others. The number of casualties is likely to rise.
