GAZA (Palestine Foundation Information Center) Hamas spokesman Abdul Latif al-Qanou said that the Movement is “committed to implementing the ceasefire agreement to achieve the interests of the Palestinian people.”
He said in a statement on Telegram that Israel was “still procrastinating in implementing the humanitarian protocol, especially with regard to shelter, tents, rubble removal equipment, fuel and restoration requirements.”
“We asked the mediators to double their efforts and pressure the occupation and oblige it to implement the humanitarian protocol,” al-Qanou added.
He also said Hamas appreciated all the countries that rejected UN President Donald Trump’s statements about displacing Palestinians from Gaza.
“The Palestinian position is unified against Trump and Netanyahu’s project to displace our people, and it is supported by an Arab, Islamic and international position,” he added.
