SANA’A (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Hamas Movement condemned Israel’s strikes on Yemen on Thursday, calling it “a blatant aggression on Yemeni sovereignty.”
“Hamas condemns the brutal terrorist aggression carried out by the Zionist enemy against our brothers from Yemen, targeting civilian sites including Sana’a airport and the port of Hodeida”, the Movement said in a statement.
The Movement appreciated Yemen’s support for the Palestinian people and its officials’ insistence on their backing for Gaza in face of the Israeli genocide.
The Israeli army launched on Thursday a series of devastating airstrikes on Yemen, the fourth of its kind, targeting vital Yemeni facilities.
Yemeni media reported that three citizens were martyred in the raids and 11 others injured, adding that explosions were heard in the port city of Hodeidah and the capital, Sana’a.
