GAZA, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), The Hamas Movement has congratulated the Palestinians at home and abroad and the Muslim Ummah on the Eid al-Fitr occasion, calling for providing more support for the Palestinian people during these blessed days.
In a statement on Friday, Hamas called for the days of the holiday to be an opportunity to strengthen bonds of brotherhood, unity, and solidarity, and to reinforce all forms of support for the Palestinian people in Gaza, the West Bank, and Jerusalem.
Hamas prayed that Allah Almighty would accept Muslims’ acts of worship, devotion, and sacrifices offered during the holy month of Ramadan, and enable them to come together to serve the interests of the Ummah.
Hamas also urged Palestinians to make the days of Eid al‑Fitr an opportunity to strengthen unity, solidarity, and cooperation among them, and to renew the pledge of loyalty to their land, Jerusalem, the Aqsa Mosque, and their prisoners in Israeli jails.
The Movement also mourned all the Palestinian people’s martyrs who had been killed while resisting the Israeli occupation, and wished a speedy recovery for the wounded and patients.
It also expressed hope to see all the Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails obtain their freedom, and asked Allah Almighty to bestow upon the Palestinian people and the Muslim Ummah a decisive victory against their enemy.
