DOHA, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), A delegation of senior leaders from Hamas Movement offered condolences on Tuesday evening to the victims of the Qatari plane crash during a visit to four mourning gatherings held in Doha.
The delegation included Mohammed Nazzal and Abdel Jabbar Said, who expressed the Movement’s sincere sympathies to the victims’ families, noting that they died while carrying out what they described as a noble duty in defense of their homeland, land, and people.
They also highlighted the symbolic significance of the mingling of Qatari, Turkish, and Palestinian blood in the tragic incident.
The mourning gatherings saw a large turnout, with citizens and residents of various nationalities attending, reflecting widespread solidarity and sympathy with the victims’ families.
The victims included three Turkish soldiers, three Qatari soldiers, and one Palestinian serving in the Qatari military.
Hamas leadership had earlier sent separate messages of condolence to both the Turkish and Qatari leaderships following the incident.
