WEST BANK(Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Hamas officials, Abdel Rahman Shadid and Abdel-Hakim Hanini, praised, in two separate statements on Tuesday, the stabbing operation that was carried out south of occupied Jerusalem, stressing that it is a normal response to the ongoing Israeli occupation crimes.
Shadid considered the Jerusalem resistance operation that resulted in the injury of an Israeli female soldier as a duty, normal and quick response to the ongoing Israeli crimes and the war of genocide in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.
For his part, Hanini said that the Israeli massacres will not weaken the Palestinian people, stressing that the resistance will persist in confronting the Israeli occupation forces and deterring Israel’s offensives and heinous crimes.
The Palestinian people will continue to defend the Palestinian land and sanctities and will continue the struggle for the sake of freedom and independence, he added.
Since the early hours of the day, 12 Palestinians have been martyred in the West Bank, including the resistance fighter who carried out the stabbing operation south of Jerusalem, the seven martyrs who were killed in Jenin, and four others in Tubas.
Meanwhile, the Palestinian resistance, led by the Al-Qassam Brigades, the armed wing of Hamas, engaged on Tuesday in armed clashes with the Israeli occupation forces in Tubas and Jenin.
