GAZA(Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Hamas Movement has said that “the Israeli occupation army’s escalation of its fascist war on the health sector and hospitals in the Gaza Strip confirms its insistence on continuing its war of extermination against the Palestinian people and its attempts to drive them out of their land.”
In a statement on Sunday, Hamas stressed that the Israeli army’s barbaric attacks on Gaza’s hospitals violate all the international conventions and treaties that make hospitals protected places and call for the protection of civilians.
Hamas condemned the international community for its passivity and silence towards the Israeli crimes that happen at Gaza’s hospitals, stressing the need for strong international action to stop “this rogue entity” from persisting in its crimes against defenseless civilians.
The Movement called on the Arab and Muslim nations and the world’s free people to take urgent action to support the Palestinians in Gaza with every means possible.
“Such fascist crimes will only increase our people’s adherence to their land and make our resistance more resolute in facing the Zionist machine of terrorism and killing until the achievement of our people’s aspirations for freedom,” it underlined.
A few days ago, the Israeli army started to launch attacks on different hospitals and their vicinity in Gaza, including the hospitals of Al-Shifa, Nasr, Al-Amal and Nasser.
