OCCUPIED JERUSALEM (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Israeli occupation authority (IOA) has extended the travel ban on Jerusalemite activist Hanadi al-Halawani for six more months. She has been banned from travel for several years.
Halawani’s lawyer said on Thursday that the ban was not only on her travel abroad but also included a ban on her contacts with the other Jerusalemite activist Khadija Khuweis.
Khuweis is also banned from communicating with Halawani and with other activists, he added.
Meanwhile, an IOA court passed a 45-month imprisonment term on the Jerusalemite youth Rami al-Ghazzawi. He is a resident of Isawiya village in occupied Jerusalem.
