WEST BANK, ((Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) continued on Thursday to bulldoze more private and public property in Jenin City and its refugee camp as part of its large-scale military operation, which entered day 10.
Palestinian social media pages documented widespread destruction in Jenin camp as a result of the ongoing Israeli aggression, while medical sources reported that the IOF persists in obstructing the work of ambulance crews in Jenin.
The Israeli aggression against Jenin and its refugee camp, since January 21, has also resulted in the martyrdom of 17 citizens and the injury and arrest of dozens.
Meanwhile, local sources reported that explosions rocked Tulkarem refugee camp after the IOF detonated at dawn Thursday a number of homes and stores, including a gas cylinder store.
The sources added that the IOF prevented Palestinian fire trucks from entering Tulkarem camp to extinguish the fires in the targeted buildings, which hindered efforts to rescue families living in nearby homes.
Tulkarem governor Abdullah Kameel made an urgent appeal to the international community to curb Israel from continuing its devastating attacks in Tulkarem camp.
Kameel said that several homes sustained damage when the IOF detonated a gas cylinder store in Tulkarem camp, affirming that the Israeli army commits ongoing crimes in Tulkarem.
The Israeli aggressive campaign in Tulkarem camp has entered its fourth day, amid daily raids on homes and arrests and ongoing destruction of infrastructure and private property.
Many families in Jenin and Tulkarem had to leave their homes as a result of the ferocity of Israeli violations.
In a related context, Palestinian health officials have accused Israeli forces of frequently denying emergency medical care to wounded Palestinians across the occupied territories, especially in Jenin and Tulkarem.
In many cases, ambulance workers were also targeted with gunfire while attempting to reach wounded people, according to the health officials.
