IOF continues genocide in Gaza, leaving dozens killed and injured

GAZA  (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) continued their all-out war on the Gaza Strip, which resumed 18 days ago after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reneged on the ceasefire agreement — backed by U.S. political and military support and unprecedented global silence.

According to field correspondents, the IOF launched dozens of airstrikes and carried out house demolitions on Friday, while the effects of the continued ban on essential food supplies have intensified, painting a grim picture of the famine facing Gaza’s residents.

Since Thursday dawn, 88 civilians have been killed and dozens injured following a deadly day across Gaza.

On Friday morning, several people were injured in an Israeli strike targeting displaced Palestinians at the Friday Market in Al-Shuja’iya neighborhood, east of Gaza City.

Reza Rizq Abu Deqqa succumbed to injuries sustained in a previous Israeli bombing on Al-Fukhari, east of Khan Yunis.

Hanan Ismail Abdul Qader Abu Mousa also died of wounds from an earlier Israeli airstrike on Khan Yunis.

Sabaah Suleiman Al-Arjani and her husband Hassan Oudah Al-Tarabin were killed in a strike north of Rafah.

Israeli artillery bombed the vicinity of the Mirage Junction in northern Rafah and continued shelling Al-Shuja’iya neighborhood in eastern Gaza.

A woman was martyred and others were injured after an Israeli strike targeted a tent sheltering displaced people in the western part of Al-Mawasi, Khan Yunis.

Israeli military vehicles advanced around Al-Muntar hill, east of Al-Shuja’iya.

One civilian was killed in a drone strike behind Abu Shanab supermarket in the Al-Nasr area, north of Rafah.
