QALQILYA, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), A Palestinian girl and a young man were injured on Sunday evening by Israeli occupation forces’ (IOF) gunfire east of the city of Qalqilya, in the northern West Bank.
Local sources reported that two civilians were shot near the “Ma’ale Shomron” junction, east of the town of Azzun, after a Palestinian civilian vehicle was targeted with live fire.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said that its medical teams treated two injuries from live bullets in Azzun, east of Qalqilya.
The PRCS said its crews provided field treatment to an 18 year old young man who was shot in the leg, and a 14 year old girl who was shot in the hand, before transferring them to hospital to continue receiving treatment.
