The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed last night and at dawn Thursday different areas of the West Bank, where they raided homes and kidnaped dozens of Palestinian citizens.
Local sources report that the Israeli army deployed major reinforcements to Tubas City and the nearby towns of Aqaba and Tammun at dawn, intensifying a large-scale operation launched early Wednesday.
Dozens of young men were reportedly kidnaped after their homes were stormed overnight, while foot patrols spread across multiple areas in Tubas province.
In Tulkarem, Israeli forces stormed the city’s Dinnaba suburb and Anabta town, kidnaping several young men.
IOF raids also took place in the city of Qalqilya and the towns of Azzun and Kafr Thuluth, where two young men were kidnaped.
In Ramallah, Israeli forces stormed al-Bireh City and Jabel al-Tawil neighborhood, where they reportedly showered residents with tear gas canisters.
Israeli forces also raided the towns of Dura al-Qari, Birzeit and Abu Qash in the Ramallah and Bireh province, where they obstructed the movement of Palestinian vehicles and conducted searches.
In al-Khalil, the IOF kidnaped a number of young men from the towns of Sa’ir and Nuba, and demolished commercial facilities and stores in the Muthalat al‑Ramadin area south of the city.
In Bethlehem, a young man was kidnaped by the IOF from the village of Husan, while forces stormed the town of Za’atara east of the city.
In Nablus, a number of young men were taken prisoner following IOF raids on homes in Balata refugee camp.
In Jenin, two Red Crescent paramedics sustained injuries after Israeli soldiers savagely assaulted them in Qabatiya town.
The IOF also carried out raids in other areas of the West Bank, with no reported arrests.
