WEST BANK (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Israeli occupation forces (PIC) kidnaped, last night and on Tuesday morning, a number of Palestinian citizens and assaulted a teenager during raids in different West Bank areas, while a horde of Jewish settlers attacked Immatin village.
According to local sources, the IOF stormed different areas of Jenin and kidnaped five citizens Qabatiya town and two others from the towns of Faqqua and Ya’bad.
In Nablus, the Red Crescent said that over 15 citizens, including children, suffered from their exposure to tear gas and received medical assistance during an IOF raid in the Old City.
A 17-year-old teenager also suffered injuries after Israeli soldiers severely beat him during the IOF raid in the Old City.
The IOF reportedly broke into and ransacked several homes and stores, detained a number of young men, and deployed snipers on rooftops of some buildings in the Old City of Nablus.
In Qalqilya, Israeli forces kidnaped one citizen after ransacking his home in Ras Atiya village.
In Bethlehem, the IOF kidnaped two citizens from al-Deheisha refugee camp and another one from al-Dawha town.
The IOF also stormed other areas of the West Bank, with no reported arrests.
In a separate incident, a group of settlers set fire to a car belonging to a Palestinian citizen in Immatin village, east of Qalqilya, and spray-painted racist graffiti on some walls.
