WEST BANK (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) carried out a large-scale arrest campaign in the West Bank, which started last night and continued into the dawn of Thursday.
According to local sources, the IOF kidnaped an unknown number of citizens from their homes in Fari’ah refugee camp, south of Tubas.
In Ramallah, the IOF kidnaped journalist Maher Haroun from his home in al-Am’ari refugee camp and a young citizen during a raid in the city’s Umm ash-Sharayet neighborhood.
The IOF also kidnaped three young men from the villages of Deir Ibziq and Kafr Ni’ma in Ramallah province.
In al-Khalil, Israeli forces kidnaped four citizens from their homes in Idhna town and six others from ash-Shuyukh town.
The IOF also carried out raids in other areas of the West Bank, with no reported arrests.
