WEST BANK (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) raided homes and kidnaped citizens during overnight and dawn campaigns in the West Bank, amid clashes with resistance fighters and local youths in some areas.
According to local sources on Wednesday, clashes with resistance fighters and young men broke out after Israeli forces stormed different areas of Nablus City.
The IOF reportedly kidnaped three young men after encircling a house in the al-Taawun area in Nablus and ordering the people inside it to turn themselves in.
Three others were also taken prisoners during the IOF raid in Nablus City.
In Tulkarem, the IOF raided several homes in the city and interrogated residents, while resistance fighters detonated an explosive device at an IOF vehicle in the western area of the city.
An IOF bulldozer reportedly destroyed the road near al-Murabitin Mosque in Tulkarem City.
Three citizens were kidnapped by the IOF during its campaign in Tulkarem.
In Ramallah, the IOF kidnaped three citizens from Kafr Ni’ma town, al-Jalazon refugee camp, and al-Mazra’a al-Qibliya.
In Jericho, Israeli forces stormed the refugee camps of Ein as-Sultan and Aqabat Jabr. Three citizens, including two brothers, were kidnapped from their homes in Aqabat Jabr.
In al-Khalil, Israeli forces stormed different neighborhoods of the city and kidnaped two young men after ransacking their homes. One of the detainees identified as Mohamed Adi was savagely beaten by soldiers during the raid on his home.
