WEST BANK (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped at dawn Thursday several Palestinian citizens during raids in the West Bank, amid clashes in some areas.
According to local sources, armed clashes happened between resistance fighters and Israeli forces in Nablus City and Ein refugee camp.
Eyewitnesses reported that resistance fighters attacked IOF vehicles with explosive devices in Nablus, adding that the IOF withdrew from the city after kidnaping two young men from their homes.
Two young men were also taken prisoners during a violent IOF campaign in the Aqabat Jabr refugee camp in southern Jericho.
In Bethlehem, the IOF kidnaped seven citizens from Beit Fajjar town and four others from Husan village.
Two citizens were also taken prisoners during IOF raids in the towns of Kobar and Kafr Ein in the northwest of Ramallah, while another one was kidnapped by Israeli forces from al-Dhahiriya town in southern al-Khalil.
In Jenin, the IOF stormed the towns of Ya’bad and Arraba and raided homes, with no reported arrests.
