GAZA (Palestine Foundation Information Center) A Palestinian child was martyred on Wednesday morning when the Israeli occupation forces (IOF) opened fire at him in the east of Rafah, south of the Gaza Strip.
According to media sources, 16-year-old Mahmoud Abu Zakkar was shot dead by the Israeli army in the area of the destroyed airport in eastern Rafah.
The sources added that the Israeli artillery also fired projectiles at the same area.
The Israeli army has killed over 100 Palestinians and injured hundreds in Gaza since the ceasefire agreement took effect on January 19.
