AL-KHALIL (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) killed on Sunday afternoon four Palestinian citizens in the West Bank, three of them in Kafr Dan town, west of Jenin.
The Red Crescent said that its ambulance crews evacuated two martyrs from Kafr Dan to the hospital before transporting another casualty who was also shot dead by IOF gunfire.
According to local and medical sources, Israeli soldiers gunned down two young men riding a motorcycle at the entrance of Kafr Dan and prevented paramedics from the Red Crescent from providing them with first aid. Soon later, they succumbed to their injuries.
In al-Khalil City, another young man was killed after the IOF attacked a house he was inside.
Eyewitnesses said that Israeli soldiers encircled the house, opened fire at it and bombed it with a projectile, killing one person who was inside.
They added that the IOF seized the martyr’s body and carried him away into a military jeep before leaving the area.
Later, the Israeli army announced its forces killed the gunman who carried out a deadly shooting attack near the Palestinian city of Tarqumiyah in the southern West Bank on Sunday morning.
According to the Hebrew media, a Palestinian gunman opened fire at a police car on Route 35 near the Idhna-Tarqumiyah junction, just east of a checkpoint between the West Bank and Israel (1948 occupied Palestine), killing three officers before fleeing the scene. He was later killed in an exchange of fire with troops in al-Khalil.
