WEST BANK(Palestine Foundation Information Center) Israeli occupation forces (IOF) launched a raid and arrest campaign throughout the West Bank at dawn Tuesday amidst news of confrontations.
In Nablus, IOF soldiers broke into Balata refugee camp to the east of Nablus and al-Ein refugee camp to the west of the city while firing live bullets and sound bombs.
An IOF military bulldozer went on a destruction spree in Qar’an alley in Balata and arrested a young man in eastern Nablus.
In Tubas, clashes erupted after IOF soldiers raided the town of Tamun and broke into a number of houses amid firing of live bullets, sound bombs, and teargas canisters.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society said that its teams treated four citizens who were shot during the IOF raid into Tamun including one who was severely beaten by the soldiers. The IOF rounded up two brothers in Tamun after storming their family house.
The IOF had rounded up more than 10,100 citizens from the West Bank and Jerusalem since the Israeli war on Gaza Strip started on October 7 last year, according to local human rights organizations.
