WEST BANK (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) at dawn Wednesday stormed different areas of the West Bank, where they kidnaped a number of Palestinian citizens and clashed with resistance fighters and local youths.
According to local sources, the IOF broke into and ransacked several homes in Jaba town, south of Jenin, with no reported arrests.
In Bethlehem, the IOF kidnaped one citizen during a raid in Beit Fajjar town and a woman from al-Deheisha refugee camp.
In Nablus, the IOF stormed the city and the old and new refugee camps of Askar, bulldozed roads in some areas and clashed with local youths.
Israeli soldiers reportedly kidnaped a mother and her two sons from Tal street in Nablus City.
Local sources said that resistance fighters showered Israeli forces and their vehicles with bullets in the new Askar camp
In Qalqilya, two citizens were taken prisoners during raids in the city and Azzun town. One of the detainees was severely beaten during a violent raid on his house in the city.
In east Jerusalem, a large number of Israeli police forces stormed Anata town, as-Salam suburb and Qalandia refugee camp and raided homes, without making arrests.
