SALFIT(Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) stormed on Sunday afternoon the city of Salfit, closed many of its internal roads, and imposed a curfew.
The IOF broke into the family house of the martyr Ammar Riziq Odeh who carried out this morning a stabbing attack in Holon area in Tel Aviv in 1948 Occupied Palestine which resulted in the killing of two Israeli settlers and the injury of three others.
Israeli troops arrested a number of the martyr’s family members and subjected them to field investigation inside their house and banned journalists from reaching it.
According to local sources, Ammar Odeh was a former prisoner in Israel.
On July 15, he was also arrested by the Palestinian Authority’s (PA) intelligence apparatus after he shared a post on social media platforms in which he criticized the PA for its negative role vis-à-vis the Israeli war of genocide on the Gaza Strip.
Ammar was subjected to torture and insults in the PA’s prisons, until his release last Tuesday.
The Hamas Movement lauded the Holon resistance attack and mourned the martyr Ammar Odeh, stressing that the attack is a natural response to the ongoing Israeli occupation’s crimes. It urged all Palestinians to revolt and engage in more confrontations with the IOF.
