WEST BANK (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) kidnaped last night and on Saturday morning a number of Palestinian citizens in the West Bank, amid clashes with resistance fighters in some areas.
According to media sources, the IOF stormed the Hebron University in al-Khalil and Nahalin town in Bethlehem. No arrests have been reported.
One citizen was reportedly kidnaped by the IOF from the Old City of al-Khalil.
Israeli forces also stormed Balata refugee camp in eastern Nablus, while the Nablus Brigade reported that its fighters detonated an IOF vehicle with an explosive device and damaged it in the camp.
Last night, Israeli forces stormed the towns of Sebastia and Beit Imrin in the northwest of Nablus and clashed with local youths.
In Jenin, resistance fighters from the Jenin Brigade showered Israeli forces near the military checkpoint of Salem with a hail of bullets and clashed with them.
Israeli forces also stormed Ya’bad town in western Jenin, while resistance fighters threw explosive devices at IOF vehicles upon their withdrawal from the area.
In Ramallah, the IOF stormed Nabi Saleh village, attacked local residents and homes with stun grenades and assaulted two young men after detaining them for a while.
Israeli forces also stormed Burqa village in eastern Ramallah and kidnaped a 14-year-old child from his home and detained another child for a while before releasing him.
The IOF also stormed other areas of the West Bank, with no reported arrests.
