BETHLEHEM (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) demolished last night two houses belonging to the family of martyr Mohamed Issa Zawahra and his detained brother Kadem in Beit Tamar village in eastern Bethlehem.
According to local sources, Israeli forces encircled the houses of Issa Zawahra in the village and cordoned off the neighborhood before embarking on bulldozing them.
Eyewitnesses said that Israeli soldiers severely beat the father of martyr Zawahra.
Mohamed Zawahra and his brother Kadem carried out a shooting operation along with Ahmed al-Wahsh on February 22, 2024 at a military checkpoint near the illegal settlement of Maale Adumim. Mohamed and Ahmed were martyred and Kadem was injured after they killed two Israeli soldiers and wounded eight others.
