Israeli airstrikes and artillery shelling hit multiple areas in Gaza Strip

GAZA, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), Israeli forces continue to violate the ceasefire agreement in the Gaza Strip for the 131st consecutive day, through repeated military escalation involving artillery shelling, airstrikes, and live fire across different parts of the enclave. The Israeli violations have further increased casualties and reinforced a fragile security reality in which the ceasefire has effectively lost its meaning.

At dawn on Thursday, Israeli forces launched a series of airstrikes and artillery attacks targeting multiple areas in Gaza.

Artillery shelling struck eastern Khan Yunis in the southern Gaza Strip, in areas where Israeli forces are deployed.

An Israeli airstrike also targeted areas of Israeli military presence in Rafah, in the south of the Strip, while another strike hit eastern Gaza City.

A source at Nasser Medical Complex reported on Wednesday that three Palestinians were killed by Israeli fire near the “yellow line” in the town of Bani Suheila, east of Khan Yunis.

Israeli forces continue to destroy what remains of homes and infrastructure in areas under their control across the Strip.

These operations form part of ongoing Israeli violations of the ceasefire agreement that came into effect on October 10, 2025. According to Gaza’s Ministry of Health, the ongoing Israeli violations had resulted in the killing of 603 Palestinians and the injury of 1,618 others as of last Monday.
