BEIRUT (Palestine Foundation Information Center) Israeli warplanes launched a series of airstrikes targeting various locations in southern Lebanon, marking a new escalation in border tensions.
According to Lebanese media, the airstrikes hit the outskirts of several towns, including Ansar, Zarariya, Tibnin, Baysariyeh, Azzeh, Bsaliya, Kafr Melki, Al-Ayshiyah, Al-Mahmoudiyah, and the Wadi Houmine area near Humin al-Fawqa.
The strikes caused extensive material damage in the targeted areas, though no injuries have been reported so far.
These airstrikes come amid ongoing heightened tensions led by the Israeli military along the Lebanese front, coinciding with the rapidly intensifying regional confrontation between Iran and Israel.
