JERICHO, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), Israeli occupation forces demolished two Palestinian homes east of Jericho, in the eastern West Bank, on Thursday and issued a demolition notice for a third home for being built without Israeli permit.
According to local sources, the Israeli military raided the area accompanied by demolition machinery and carried out the destruction of two Palestinian-owned homes located in Area “C”. The Israeli forces then delivered a demolition order for another home in the same location.
In November 2025, Israeli authorities carried out 27 demolitions and bulldozing operations targeting Palestinian properties and structures in Jerusalem. These included 5 forced self-demolitions, 21 demolitions by Israeli municipality equipment and forces, and one land-razing operation affecting a Jerusalem-owned plot.
Meanwhile, in the West Bank, on Wednesday, Israeli forces uprooted and destroyed around 300 fruit-bearing trees near the eastern entrance of Qalqilya in the northern West Bank.
These demolitions fall within a broader Israeli policy aimed at targeting Palestinian structures in areas under Israeli control, amid severe restrictions that prevent Palestinians from obtaining building permits.
