AL-KHALIL (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Israeli occupation army demolished on Tuesday morning a Palestinian house in the Masafer Yatta area, south of al-Khalil in the West Bank, under the pretext of unlicensed construction.
According to local sources, a bulldozer escorted by Israeli soldiers demolished a house belonging to Mohamed an-Nawaj’ah in the Wadi al-Jawaya area of Masafer Yatta.
The sources said that Israeli soldiers assaulted the homeowner and other residents as they tried to prevent the demolition measure, adding that a family of nine was living in that house.
