JENIN, (The Palestine Information Centre)The Hamas leader Abdul Jabbar Jarrar has said that the Israeli attempts to weaken the Palestinian prisoners’ determination are bound to fail.
Jarrar said on Tuesday that the Palestinian prisoners will be united while confronting the Israeli occupation, stressing that the Palestinian people will support the prisoners in their battle.
Earlier today, Jarrar was released from the Israeli jails after completing his 20-month prison term.
Following his release, Jarrar visited the family of prisoner Khader Adnan who was martyred in Israeli custody after an 86-day hunger strike.
Jarrar is an ex-prisoner who spent 15 years in Israeli prisons. His latest arrest came 83 days after his 12-month administrative detention.
He has been suffering from severe pain in his left foot for more than a year due to the Israeli policy of medical neglect.
