GAZA, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), A Palestinian man was killed on Wednesday evening by Israeli forces in central Gaza amid continued ceasefire violations.
A local source reported that the victim was killed in a strike carried out by an Israeli drone east of Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip.
The victim was identified as Hani Abdel Karim Salem Abu Jreiban, 41, who was killed in an attack in the Abu al-Ajeen area, east of Deir al-Balah.
Since the ceasefire came into effect, Israeli forces have killed 648 Palestinians in repeated violations, including 198 children and 85 women, and injured 1,662 others.
Since the start of the genocidal war on October 7, 2023, more than 72,000 Palestinians have been killed, around 172,000 injured, and over 8,000 remain missing. Approximately 90% of Gaza’s civilian infrastructure has been destroyed, with reconstruction costs estimated by the United Nations at around $70 billion.
