TUBAS, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), The Israeli occupation army forced a family from the village of Khirbet Atuf, southeast of Tubas, to leave their home on Monday in order to build a road for Jewish settlers.
Local official Moataz Bisharat said that Israeli forces compelled the Yassin Rashayda family, consisting of six members, to evacuate their home by force, under the pretext of constructing a settler road on lands in the villages of Atuf and Tammun.
He added that this road is part of its ongoing work to establish a new settlement in the area, which is one of 19 settlements the Israeli occupation regime plans to build across the West Bank.
