Israeli Forces Intensify Ceasefire Breaches in Gaza

GAZA, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), The Israeli occupation army carried out four controlled demolitions of residential buildings southeast of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip, within areas where its forces are deployed.

These actions coincided with separate attacks that resulted in the killing of one Palestinian and the injury of ten others, according to medical sources in Gaza, as ceasefire violations have continued since October 2025.

Sources reported that Mohammed Salim Dabbash was killed by Israeli gunfire in the Zarqa area, northeast of Gaza City. He was transferred to Al-Ahli (Baptist) Hospital in central Gaza.

In a separate incident, ten Palestinians were injured by Israeli gunfire outside designated deployment zones near Kuwait Roundabout in the Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City, according to emergency and ambulance sources.

Earlier on Friday at dawn, three Palestinians, including two children, were wounded by Israeli fire in Khan Yunis.

Israeli military vehicles also advanced into southeastern areas of Gaza City, accompanied by gunfire, toward Salah al-Din Street, the main road linking Gaza City with central parts of the Strip.

These developments come amid Israel’s ongoing war in Gaza since October 7, 2023, which has resulted in the killing of more than 72,000 Palestinians and injuries to approximately 172,000 others, along with widespread destruction of infrastructure. The cost of reconstruction is estimated to be in the tens of billions of dollars.
