Israeli Forces Violate Ceasefire: Three Palestinians Wounded

GAZA, (Palestine Foundation Information Center), Three Palestinian civilians, including a child, were injured on Wednesday evening by Israeli army fire in the Gaza Strip, amid ongoing violations of the ceasefire agreement. The incidents coincided with artillery shelling and demolition operations targeting various areas across the enclave.

Local sources reported that a child sustained serious injuries after being hit by machine-gun fire and artillery shelling in the Mawasi area of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip.

Two other civilians were also wounded by Israeli gunfire, one near Ali Mosque in the Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City, and another east of the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza.

Several areas east of Khan Yunis, as well as eastern neighborhoods of Gaza City, particularly Zeitoun, and eastern Jabalia in the north, came under continuous artillery fire, accompanied by heavy gunfire.

Israeli forces also carried out large-scale demolitions of residential homes east of Khan Yunis, marking a continued escalation on the ground despite the ongoing ceasefire.

Earlier in the day, the Palestinian Ministry of Health reported four victims and 12 injuries over the past 24 hours, with some victims still trapped under the rubble.

According to official data, the death toll since the ceasefire declared on October 11, 2025, has risen to approximately 713, with 1,940 injuries and 756 bodies recovered.

The overall toll since the start of the Gaza genocide on October 7, 2023, has reached 72,289 killed and 172,040 injured.
