GAZA (Palestine Foundation Information Center) In the midst of catastrophic humanitarian suffering for more than two million Palestinians — half of them children, the Israeli occupation army continued, for the 432nd consecutive day, to pound and target different areas and massacre more civilians in the Gaza Strip, especially in the northern areas.
Reporters for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) said on Wednesday that the Israeli occupation army carried out attacks on several homes, civilian targets and shelter centers in different areas of Gaza during the past 24 hours, killing and injuring dozens of citizens.
The Israeli army’s large-scale genocidal campaign in northern Gaza, especially in Jabalia and Beit Lahia, has entered day 68, where its forces continue to intensively bomb homes and shelters and attack civilians while imposing a tight siege on the entire area.
Deliberate Israeli attacks on ambulance and civil defense workers already deprived northern Gaza of any rescue services.
A fisherman was seriously injured west of Deir al-Balah after Israeli warboats opened their machine gun fire.
Medical sources also reported that 31 Palestinians were killed in Israeli raids on the Gaza Strip since dawn today, 23 of them in the northern Gaza Strip.
The young man Ismail Awni Dhahir was killed in an Israeli bombing of Khirbet al-Adas area near the Queen’s Palace in Rafah this morning.
The Civil Defense also announced that two Palestinians were killed and several others were injured in an Israeli attack on the “Shaldan” family house south of Gaza City.
Along the same line, 20 Palestinians were killed this morning after the Israeli aircraft bombed a house belonging to the Abu Saada family that was sheltering displaced persons from the Abu Tarabish family in the Beit Lahia project north of Gaza.
The Israeli army destroyed numerous residential homes using explosive barrels and robots in the Al-Alami area in the Jabalia camp north of the Strip.
Earlier Monday, dozens of citizens were killed and injured in an Israeli attack on the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip and around Kamal Adwan Hospital.
Local sources reported that the Israeli warplanes bombed a house belonging to the Al-Bayoumi family west of the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip, killing eight citizens and wounding several more.
The Israeli warplanes also bombed a house belonging to the Abu Tarabish family in the vicinity of Kamal Adwan Hospital in the northern Gaza Strip.
The sources pointed out that 30 citizens were killed, wounded and went missing under the rubble of Abu Tarabish’s house.
Meanwhile, the Israeli aircraft launched a series of raids on Tal al-Zaatar in Jabalia camp in the north.
