GAZA(Palestine Foundation Information Center)On the fourth day of the temporary ceasefire agreement, the Israeli occupation state’s aggression against the Gaza Strip entered day 52 on Monday — in the midst of efforts to extend the truce in order to exchange more prisoners and allow in more humanitarian aid.
The Palestinian Information Center (PIC) reporter in Gaza said that the Israeli army violated the truce agreement several times, affirming that its tanks opened fire anew at citizens in the east of the Strip and its drones were overflying Khan Yunis and Rafah last night.
Israeli shooting incidents happened during the truce days in the north and east of Gaza, during which three citizens were killed and others were injured.
Meanwhile, the exchange of captives between Hamas and Israel will continue on Monday for the fourth consecutive day under a four-day truce deal, amid diplomatic efforts to prolong the ceasefire.
Since Friday, al-Qassam Brigades of Hamas has released 58 detainees, including citizens of Israel, Thailand, the US and Russia. Israel has released 117 Palestinian prisoners from its jails so far.
