Israel’s starvation of Gazans kills 10 more people

GAZA, (Palestine Foundation Information Center) At least 10 Palestinians have died of malnutrition and hunger in the past 24 hours in Gaza, bringing the death toll from the famine to 111 victims, including at least 80 children, according to Gaza’s health ministry.

In a statement on Wednesday, the ministry said these new deaths due to starvation have been recorded in the past 24 hours by hospitals in the Gaza Strip.

According to Al Jazeera website, Gaza’s hospitals are overwhelmed with high rates of malnutrition cases, where people arrive with sunken eyes and emaciated bodies.

The death toll from Israel’s persistent starvation of the population is likely to rise in the coming days or weeks. Yesterday alone, four children died from malnutrition. Entire families in Gaza are going days without food.
