GAZA, (The Palestine Foundation Pakistan)The ongoing Israeli genocide in Gaza has claimed the lives of 21 Palestinians and wounded 96 others in the past 24 hours alone, according to the Ministry of Health on Monday morning. Two of the martyrs were recovered from under the rubble, while many victims remain trapped beneath destroyed buildings or in streets unreachable by rescue teams.
In its daily update, the Ministry reported that among the casualties were Palestinians targeted by Israeli occupation forces (IOF) while waiting for humanitarian aid, bringing the total number of victims killed while seeking food assistance to 2,610 and over 19,143 wounded.
Since March 18, 2025, the health authorities have documented 13,568 Palestinians martyred and 57,638 injured. The overall death toll from the Israeli onslaught, which began on October 7, 2023, has now reached 67,160 martyrs and 169,679 wounded.
The Government Media Office (GMO) said in a separate statement that the Israeli army has been killing an average of 92 Palestinians every day since the beginning of the genocide. Among the daily average are 27 children, 14 women, 12 mothers, and 30 fathers.
The GMO also reported that the IOF commits massacres against 53 families each day, wiping out four families entirely and leaving only one survivor in eight others.
According to the GMO, the US-backed Israeli genocide has created catastrophic humanitarian conditions in Gaza, where more than two million Palestinians are enduring forced displacement, widespread famine, and total urban destruction.
The famine has already claimed hundreds of lives, while over 9,000 people remain missing, many presumed buried under the rubble.
The Ministry of Health and the GMO reiterated calls for urgent international intervention to stop the genocide and allow unimpeded humanitarian access to the devastated enclave.
