The Palestinian Red Crescent announced on Friday morning the death of 15-year-old Palestinian youth Mohammed Abu Hnein from New Askar Camp in the city of Nablus, northern West Bank. He succumbed to injuries sustained Thursday evening during confrontations with Israeli occupation forces (IOF) following their raid on the camp.
The Red Crescent confirmed that the youth was critically wounded after IOF soldiers opened fire on him during the clashes. His death was announced Friday morning due to the severity of his injuries.
Since the beginning of 2025, Palestine has recorded 20,526 martyrs and 36,140 injuries resulting from Israeli assaults. Additionally, there have been 5,052 cases of arrest, 994 structures demolished, and 2,153 documented settler attacks on Palestinian citizens, their lands, and properties.
