BETHLEHEM (Palestine Foundation Information Center) A group of Jewish settlers seized Palestinian-owned agricultural lands in the “Khalayel Al-Loz” area southeast of Bethlehem, and also destroyed crops north of the city on Monday evening.
Local sources reported that the settlers began ploughing lands belonging to the Abayat family.
Settler attacks have recently escalated in Khalayel Al-Loz, including home raids, shootings, and bulldozing agricultural lands.
On the other hand, another group of settlers herded their sheep into Palestinian lands north of Jericho, destroying the agricultural crops.
According to local sources, the settlers stormed the Ein Al-Auja Bedouin community lands, destroying local crops.
A state of panic spread among women and children during the settler raid.
Last month, the Israeli forces and settlers carried out 1,396 attacks against Palestinian people, their lands, and their properties.
