WEST BANK (Palestine Foundation Information Center) A group of Jewish settlers stormed the agricultural cooperative village of al-Awsaj north of Jericho in the occupied West Bank on Thursday.
They kidnapped a Palestinian man and took him to an unknown location, according to Eid Brahma, local sources revealed.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces arrested a Palestinian man from Jiftlik north of Jericho while he was herding sheep.
The Israeli soldiers present at the Karameh crossing also detained a high school student from the city of Bethlehem while he was returning from Jordan.
Along the same line, an Israeli settler destroyed a drinking water network in Kisan town, east of Bethlehem, in the West Bank, which serves 15 families.
The Israeli forces and settlers have recently escalated their attacks against Palestinian citizens and properties in the West Bank.
