GAZA, (The Palestine Foundation Pakistan)The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced on Thursday that the total number of bodies recovered since the ceasefire was declared has reached 449 martyrs.
In its daily statistical report, the ministry stated that hospitals in the Gaza Strip received 14 martyrs over the past 24 hours, one killed by a direct Israeli strike and 13 whose bodies were recovered, along with two injuries.
The ministry reported that the death toll from the Israeli genocide since the war began on October 7, 2023, has risen to 68,280 martyrs and the number of injured has reached 170,375.
Since the truce took effect on October 10, 2025, 89 people have been killed, 317 wounded, and 449 bodies recovered, the ministry added.
It also noted that 32 additional martyrs have been added to the total after their remains were identified.
The ministry reaffirmed that many victims are still trapped under the rubble and on the roads, where rescue and civil defense teams are unable to reach them. It urged families of the martyrs and missing persons to complete their identification information to ensure proper documentation in the Health Ministry’s records.
