GAZA (Palestine Foundation Information Center) The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) launched a large-scale raid and arrest campaign in different areas of the West Bank, which led to the outbreak of violent clashes at dawn Thursday.
The IOF arrested four Palestinians after storming Arraba town in Jenin, and three other youths after breaking into Beit Iba and Salem towns in Nablus.
Several local homes were stormed and searched during the raids.
Another young man was rounded up from his family house in Tubas in the northern West Bank. Clashes also erupted in the city after it was violently stormed by IOF troops.
Similar raids were reported in Beit Fajjar and Tuqu’, and the Deheisheh refugee camp in Bethlehem.
At least a young man was arrested during the raids, while 27 Palestinians were rounded up in Husan town.
The IOF also stormed Yatta town, south of al-Khalil, and Sinjil town, north of Ramallah, which led to the outbreak of violent clashes.
