BEIRUT (Palestine Foundation Information Center) A Lebanese civilian was killed on Friday evening following an Israeli airstrike that targeted a vehicle in southern Lebanon.
According to Lebanon’s National News Agency, the Public Health Ministry’s Emergency Operations Center confirmed that the strike occurred between the towns of Aita al-Shaab and Rmeish, resulting in the killing of one person.
Earlier in the day, Israeli warplanes reportedly launched another strike targeting a civilian vehicle near the entrance to the southern city of Sidon.
Al-Manar TV reported that an Israeli drone had struck a car on the Ghaziyeh highway, in a further escalation of hostilities along Lebanon’s southern border.
