Malaysia – Malaysian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Saifuddin Abdullah, has called upon the United Nations and the Organization for Islamic Cooperation to intervene to stop the atrocities committed by the Israeli occupation against the Palestinian people and al-Aqsa mosque.
Abdullah said in a press conference in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, that he is to call a few foreign ministers whom he thinks could play an active role in convincing the Israeli authorities to stop their aggression against the Palestinians.
He also warned against a repeat of the scenario that took place last year.
“Malaysia, despite being a small country, will try to talk to other countries as well as international organizations to stop the continuation of atrocities committed in Palestine,” Abdullah added.
